I remember a TV advert which had the slogan \u2018It is good to share\u2019and must confess,sometimes it is.\u00a0 However,it certainly isn\u2019t if\u00a0 you have joined a spanking website.\u00a0 Your membership is for you and only you \u2013when you join all websites set this out in their terms and conditions.\u00a0 You could say in the contract and if you breach this,then you could find yourself in hot water<\/strong>.\u00a0 Now,let us set the record straight.\u00a0 It is true that their are some prolific pirates out there that we do not catch,do you know why?\u00a0 They are involved in organised crime.\u00a0 They join our sites with stolen credit cards and they download our films via proxy servers. <\/strong> We have all got much better at identifying these but occasionally one manages to get into our sites and before we know it,our whole site is replicated on a pirate board.\u00a0 The IP addresses are usually in Russia or other far flung countries where copyright rules are not recognised.<\/p>\n

But if you are a Spank Fan who has joined and decided to share our content then you are headed for trouble as Darren East of Brighton can attest<\/strong>.\u00a0 Now,I am well within my rights to publish his full name and address online but I won\u2019t.\u00a0\u00a0 He was a member of the \u00a0Spanking Sarah<\/a> Site and\u00a0they can prove that he has re uploaded\u00a0their films to a file locker company.\u00a0 Whether this has been done for financial gain I cannot say. Darren East has now had his membership to Spanking Sarah<\/a> cancelled and his credit card has been reported and blocked by\u00a0all billing agents.\u00a0\u00a0 He has been emailed and asked to remove content from the pirate board.\u00a0 If he fails to do so,then action will be taken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I expect some of you will class this as \u2018petty\u2019or \u2018vindictive\u2019\u00a0 Spanking Website producers are rolling in money right?\u00a0 Think again.\u00a0 Most of\u00a0them have separate jobs as well as\u00a0their sites. The days when there was plenty of money to be made are long gone.\u00a0 Every single membership matters and if they allow\u00a0 films to be shared in this way\u00a0the websites will simply not survive.\u00a0\u00a0Everyone has\u00a0to take as many steps as possible to protect their content and if that means chasing people in the small claims court then so be it.<\/strong>\u00a0 I should imagine Darren East would prefer to just take\u00a0the pirated\u00a0films down rather than face his neighbours and work colleagues knowing that not only does he watch spanking porn but that he illegally shares it as well!<\/p>\n

I know a lot of the British Spanking website producers and they are all in exactly the same boat.\u00a0 None of\u00a0them are rich.\u00a0They do what they do because wthey have a genuine love of spanking and corporal punishment but\u00a0 can\u2019t produce content for free<\/strong>.\u00a0 There are costs involved which need to be covered.\u00a0 Equipment,Studios,model fees and server costs are just the tip of the iceberg.\u00a0 The big pirates could not care less if another spanking film was never ever made \u2013they don\u2019t care what genre they rip off.\u00a0 But if you are a genuine spank fan and you share you are destroying the source of your enjoyment<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 You do not have to be a rocket scientist to work out that if the producers do not make any money, they cannot carry on.<\/p>\n

I understand that times are hard,for everybody.\u00a0\u00a0 However tempting it maybe,please keep your membership to any site to yourself and do not share. <\/strong><\/p>\n
