So, is there also a way that puritanical employees of McAfee are abusing the system by manually declaring adult sites ‘dangerous’ without proof?

Is this why their complaint system is actually useless because it is company policy to act against the legitimate sex industry.

If that is the case then this American company is definitely acting illegally against the First Amendment right to free speech by trying to stifle businesses which are legitimate.
